§ 01 · What this is

A neighborhood-wide
treasure hunt.

01

Sellers open up.

Households across Avondale sign up to host a sale from their garage, yard, or stoop. One Saturday, all at once. The more neighbors, the bigger the haul.

02

Shoppers wander.

A free, shareable map shows every participating address. Park once, walk the neighborhood, find vintage furniture, vinyl, baby gear, plants, kitchen stuff, and the weird thing you didn't know you needed.

03

Park, eat, repeat.

Avondale Park is the day's hub — grab the printed map, hit the food and drink vendors set up on site, take a break in the shade, then head back out. Stuff finds new homes. Neighbors meet neighbors. Less ends up in landfills.

§ 02 · The area

A pocket of east-central Avondale roughly bounded by four streets — small enough to walk in a morning, big enough to surprise you.

North
Belmont Avenue
South
Diversey Avenue
West
Pulaski Road
Northeast
Milwaukee Avenue
§ 03 · Get involved

Pick a side.
Or pick both.
